Respect
Respect is the act of treating every person with equal value, period. Every person is equal and deserves the same level of care and attention. It is a priority to treat each person how we ourselves would want to be treated.
Inclusion
Inclusion is the act of creating environments in which any individual or group can be and feel welcomed, respected, supported, safe and valued to fully participate.
Safety
Safety is first, last and always about people. It is not just physical safety, but mental and emotional safety also.
Equity
Equity is the act of developing fair systems, procedures, and resource distribution mechanisms to create equitable opportunity for all people.
The goal with this program is to increase worker retention as well as maximize jobsite safety & productivity while minimizing distractions on jobsites.

Survive, Belong, Become
It is our belief that how well we serve others will ultimately determine our own success. Creating respectful workplaces is a key way we serve others by creating a psychologically and psychologically safe environment to fulfill the basic instincts that guide every human’s actions..
Survival: Scan for danger and identify/survive threats. Whether they are only perceived or actual threats- the automimic nervous system treats them equally.
Belong: Connect with others and have meaningful relationships, again to help us survive and fulfill our core desires to be loved, have comradery, have friendship.
Become: Grow and transform into our best selves, but this third desire can only be achieved when the first two needs are being met.

Fully Customizable Training
Respectful Worksite programs are not a one-size-fits-all solution. What is effective for a multi-hundred-million-dollar project may not be suitable for a five-million-dollar project. Based on our experience, a successful Respectful Worksite program must be adaptable to the project's specific needs, budget, and scale. That's why we approach each project with an open mind, listening closely to key stakeholders goals, in order to bring a Respectful Worksite program that aligns with each specific project.
