Our tailored 6-session course offers personalized training to participants ranging from CEOs to craft workers, ensuring comprehensive mastery across all trades. Each session is designed to foster rich discussions on construction best practices and provide real-life lessons. Participants also gain access to a valuable Digital Toolbox, filled with resources for immediate implementation in their daily work. What to Expect in this Program
THE FOUNDATIONAL FIVE© Guiding Principle series differentiates itself from any other construction industry growth and training programs by offering real-world and up-to-date best practices, tools, and lessons learned, that apply across all divisions of construction. When your organization engages Gamut Project Solutions to deliver this series, here is how it works:
BUSINESS ASSESSMENT: GPS’s performs an initial business operations assessment and creates an organization profile, outlining strengths and areas for growth within your organization. All information is kept strictly confidential.
IDENTIFY KEY INDIVIDUALS: You will work with GPS to identify key individuals who would benefit most from participating in the F5 series, and who have the most potential to help your business grow, thrive, and mitigate risk.
STRENGTH & GROWTH PROFILE: Each key individual will take a customized survey GPS creates for your organization.
CUSTOMIZED PLAN FOR SUCCESS: Based on the information gathered by GPS, we will customize the Foundational Five series content and tools to ensure the series best serves the needs of the participants.
THE FOUNDATIONAL FIVE SERIES: GPS will then begin teaching the F5 Guiding Principles, the series is 6, 2-hour sessions which occur every other week, including "homework" for the participants to take action on during each off-week.
TRANSFORMATION: Participants will become purpose-driven leaders, empowered with the knowledge and tools they’ve needed to become masters of their craft, helping your organization survive & thrive.
